To qualify lecturers at local universities to obtain a PhD in Computer and Information Technology from SUST in current research topics under qualified professors at an affordable cost
To empower women in academia by providing the opportunity to obtain the necessary qualification (Munoz-Hermandez & Osman 2016).
To assist in providing qualified PhD holders needed by Higher Education.
